After all, you have hired professionals to take care of security for you. Besides, software companies like Microsoft are constantly keeping system software updated and advising us of emerging threats, so that keeps us one step ahead of the bad guys. Certainly, we must hope that these things are true, but it's not wise to assume that just because you have others looking for you, you have no responsibility over the security of your data system. The most immediate threats to your security may not be from hackers or system vulnerabilities but from human error or carelessness. In this session we will talk about the routines that all offices managing sensitive information should undertake on a regular basis to ensure the security of their data.
