The launch and implementation of StudioAbroad on your campus sometimes results in a radical change in workflow and process management. Over the past three years, Texas A&M University has found innovative ways to address implementation challenges and to adapt the software’s capabilities to improve staff and student user experience. This presentation will explore several feature/functions of the software (course management, text interface, document center and recommendation forms) and highlight ways to creatively and effectively integrate new techniques that have (for Texas A&M) increased customer satisfaction.
